My goal, and probably yours too, is to create portraits that really show what you are all about.

I would love to photograph you with your athletic gear, your car or truck, your pets, your musical instrument, your friends – you name it.

This is important not only so that you won't have to hand out wallets that look exactly like everyone else's, but also so that when you and your relatives look back at your portraits years from now, they will trigger memories not only of how you looked, but of who you were.

I've found that the best way to create this kind of portrait is to really involve you and your parents by asking for your ideas and input. After all, our goal is to create portraits that you totally love, and the more involved you are in the whole process, the more likely it is that you'll be thrilled with the results.

Each of my portrait sessions is unique, because you are unique. I treat each session as I do a modeling session, using location photography and a fun atmosphere to bring out your true inner spirit and let that spirit shine.

No limit on clothing changes. But wearing the right clothing is huge! You can wear almost anything you want, but there are some tips that can make a huge difference. I’ll take the time to help you come up with the very best choices.

Session Styles to Choose From:

Outdoor
Your landscaped backyard or almost any park can be used to provide a great backdrop, unlike any studio outdoor area anywhere. A waterfall, barn, stream, fences, benches or anything else you might find, combined with my unique style, make yours a senior portrait of which to be proud. Cars, motorcycles, sunglasses, hats, your pet, a friend, or you-name-it can be included. (Locations outside the Columbus metro area are available at an additional charge.)

Downtown
My most popular outdoor session! This is your chance to be as different as you want. I use the downtown Columbus architectural elements, texture patterns, and graphic lighting to make a bold portrait statement. Be creative - dress the part. Props such as hats, sunglasses, musical instruments, cars, or whatever are encouraged.

Night shots
My most unique outdoor session to date!!! A must for the senior elite. The contemporary look of a cutting edge modeling session... at night. Downtown lights and streetscapes at night, this one's really unique!

Activities
This is the session that allows you to showcase that special interest. Dress in your favorite uniform or sports outfit and gear, or be pictured with a hobby, musical instrument, or some other interest. I can create your activities portrait on location. I'll capture any ideas you have in images, but don't worry...if you don't have an idea I'll help you come up with one.

Black & White
I have taken the classic look of Black & White, and combined it with my unique style of photography, to create a new type of portrait photography. May be done indoors or out. Options available include "Selective Color Modification" or "Duo Toning".

Classic Indoor
This classic indoor Senior Portrait session can be Head and Shoulders, 2/3's, or full length, with traditional painted backgrounds, or gray backgrounds. It includes poses to provide a choice for a traditional Head and Shoulder photograph sure to please any yearbook advisor or your grandmother. Props such as posters, stuffed animals, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, swimsuits, or whatever can be used.
